| Goals | 1.Popularizēt tiesiskas valsts ideju un cilvēktiesības; panākt tiesu varai piekritīgo iestāžu un amatpersonu darba būtisku uzlabošanos; apkopot ziņas par konkrētiem personu tiesību pārkāpumiem un labas pārvaldības principa pārkāpumiem, kas pakļauti tiesās un tiesu varai piekritīgajās institūcijās, kā arī pirmstiesas izmeklēšanā; apkopot ziņas par acīmredzamu birokrātiju un apstākļu sagrozīšanu lietās, skatot pilsoņu iesniegumus par notikušajiem tiesību pārkāpumiem; informēt tiesu varas iestāžu vadītājus un sabiedrību par tiem tiesnešiem, prokuroriem, zemesgrāmatu tiesnešiem, notāriem un citām tiesu varas amatpersonām, kuri savā darbībā pieļauj paviršību, nekompetenci un likuma pārkāpumus, vai pārkāpj labas pārvaldības principu, izskatot pilsoņu iesniegumus par tiesību pārkāpumiem; informēt starptautiskās organizācijas par konkrētiem faktiem, kad Latvijas tiesībaizsardzības iestādes klaji pārkāpj indivīda tiesības vai atsakās reaģēt uz notiekošajiem likuma pārkāpumiem; iesniegt priekšlikumus par nepieciešamām izmaiņām likumdošanā; organizēt cilvēktiesību ievērošanai un tiesu varas institūciju darba uzlabošanai veltītas konferences un seminārus; biedrības biedru, pilsoņu un organizāciju individuāla konsultēšana pēc viņu lūguma. 2. Biedrības darbība, aizsargājot indivīda tiesības, ir vērsta uz pilsoniskas sabiedrības attīstību, tiesiskās izglītības veicināšanu, valsts pārvaldes un tiesību aizsardzības sistēmas pilnveidošanu. Biedrība piedalās cilvēkam labvēlīgas vides aizsardzībā. |
