Terms of use

By the use of LLC "Firmas.lv" Portal www.firmas.lv (hereinafter - Portal), all users hereby commit to following these rules.

With the term "User" is understood a person who due to any legal or contractual reasons have access to "Firmas.lv" Ltd. portal

• User is aware that the portal includes "Firmas.lv" Ltd. computer systems, data and databases.
• User undertakes to use "Firmas.lv" Ltd. Portal only for legitimate purposes.
• User is bound by the contracts on the basis of which the user has gained access to "Firmas.lv" Ltd Portal.
• User is not entitled to transfer the data obtained from Portal to third parties, to publish on the Internet or otherwise make public without "Firmas.lv" written consent.
• User by using the Portal undertakes to observe the rules laid down by the Personal Data Protection Law, the Copyright Law and other laws and regulations.
• The User shall not be entitled to transfer to third persons the user’s access details allocated to the User. User's access details may be used only by the particular natural person, to whom they were allocated. In case of loss of details, the user's details shall be annulled and the new ones shall be issued instead of them.
• User must not take actions that would endanger "Firmas.lv" Ltd. Portal and database security. In case of infringement determination "Firmas.lv" reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the provision of services.
• In case of need, pursuant to the request of "Firmas.lv" Ltd., the User shall have an obligation to specify IP addresses, from which the User may use and will further use the services of "Firmas.lv" Ltd..
• User in the Portal may not perform tasks for which execution commands shown on the screen are not used or that are executed automatically, without direct involvement of the human.
• Referring to information obtained from "Firmas.lv" Ltd. databases, User must indicate the source of information - "Firmas.lv" Ltd. database.
• Breach of these rules shall be considered as system integrity deliberate damage, about which law enforcement bodies will be informed.
• Data processing services is of a cognitive nature, "Firmas.lv" Ltd. is not responsible for the actions that Client makes on the basis of received data processing service.
• If the Client does not agree to any point of these terms, in that case the Client is prohibited from using "Firmas.lv" databases and offered services.
• In case discrepancies or misunderstanding, when interpreting any information reflected by "Firmas.lv" Ltd., including this Regulation, the User shall contact with the representatives of "Firmas.lv" Ltd. in order to receive explanation.
• If the User violates the terms and conditions for use of the portal, "Firmas.lv" Ltd. shall reserve the right to unilaterally terminate the provision of services.
• Considering the fact that the Customer, upon receiving and paying for the service of digital nature, has actually obtained information from "Firmas.lv" Ltd., which cannot be returned, the Customer shall not have the right to cancel the order, to refuse from the received service and to receive the paid money back.
• "Firmas.lv" Ltd. shall undertake to comply with the rights of the Customers to legal processing and protection of personal data, not to transfer the personal data to third persons without a legal basis as well as to comply with the applicable personal data protection laws, – the Personal Data Protection Law and other regulatory enactments.
