Neārstējami slimo bērnu īpašo tiesību nodrošināšana, ko nosaka "Bērnu tiesību aizsardzības likums", tostarp uz drošību, veselības un dzīvības maksimālu aizsardzību, iespēju iegūt izglītību atbilstoši katra spējām, apgūt kultūras mantojumu un piedalīties tā aizsardzībā, kā arī attīstīt savas jaunrades spējas. Veselības veicināšanas organizēšana un nodrošināšana veselībpratības pilnveidošanas nolūkā. |
