Veicināt sabiedrības iesaisti: Organizēt izglītojošus pasākumus, talkas, seminārus un konferences par jūras vides aizsardzības tēmām. Iesaistīt brīvprātīgos jūras monitoringa un izpētes aktivitātēs. Veidot sadarbības tīklus ar citām organizācijām un iestādēm, kas darbojas vides aizsardzības jomā. Veicināt ilgtspējīgu piekrastes apsaimniekošanu: Atbalstīt iniciatīvas, kas veicina videi draudzīgu tūrismu un rekreāciju piekrastē. Iestāties par dabas resursu saudzīgu izmantošanu un atjaunojamo energoresursu izmantošanu piekrastē. Jūras kultūras mantojuma saglabāšana un veicināšana;: Jūras kultūras mantojuma izpēte un dokumentēšana. Jūras kultūras mantojuma saglabāšana un aizsardzība.
