| Goals | Atlētisma un kūltūrisma attīstīšana Latvijā; aktīvās atpūtas un veselīga dzīvesveida, ar mērķi audzināt Biedrības morālo stāju, popularizēšana sabiedrībā; tādu biedru grupu organizēšana un apmācība šajā sporta veidā, kas atbilstu Eiropas, pasaules un cita mēroga organizāciju prasībām un standartiem un būtu spējīga pārstāvēt Latviju Eiropas un pasaules mērogā; iesaistīt sporta nodarbībās visplašākos iedzīvotāju slāņus, skolu un studējošo jaunatni, radot piemērotus apstākļus augstu sporta rezultātu sasniegšanai; sadarbība ar Latvijas un ārvalstu organizācijām , kuru mērķi un uzdevumi atbilst Biedrības mērķiem un uzdevumiem; organizēt un rīkot atlētisma un kultūrisma sacensības, mācību-treniņu nometnes; veidot Latvijas atlētisma un kultūrisma vēstures muzeju, lai vāktu, apstrādātu, sistematizētu un glabātu dokumetus un materiālus ar vēsturisku un augstu vērtību par atlētisma un kultūrisma vēsturi Latvijā un nodrošināt pieeju visiem interesentiem; finansu līdzekļu piesaistīšana Biedrības projektu organizēšanai; kvalifikācijas celšanas kursu, semināru treneriem organizēšana; veikt papilddarbības veidā saimniecisko darbību, kas saistīta ar sava īpašuma uzturēšanu vai izmantošanu, kā arī veikt citu saimniecisko darbību, lai sasniegtu biedrības mērķus; veicināt invalīdu integrāciju sabiedrībā, nodrošināt tās sociālo, sporta un kultūras vajadzību apmierināšanu. |
