Goals Apvienot kopīgai rīcībai Līvānu novada sabiedrības pārstāvjus, kuriem ir svarīga Līvānu novada attīstības ideja;
Veicināt pilsoniskas sabiedrības veidošanos un piedalīties sociālajos un politiskajos procesos valstī un Līvānu novadā;

Veicināt kultūras, sporta, bērnu, jauniešu, senioru un citu iedzīvotāju grupu vajadzībām un interesēm atbilstošas materiālās bāzes izveidi un attīstību, kā arī sabiedrisko, izglītojošo un labdarības pasākumu organizēšanu, veicinot lietderīgu un saturīgu iedzīvotāju brīvā laika pavadīšanu un sociālās atstumtības mazināšanu.
Biedrības darbības mērķu sasniegšanai un kapacitātes stiprināšanai, piesaistīt ziedojumus un finansējumu valsts programmu, Eiropas Savienības politiku instrumentu un pārējās ārvalstu finanšu palīdzības līdzfinansēto projektu un pasākumu ietvaros.
Popularizēt Līvānu novadu, veidot Līvānu novada pozitīvu atpazīstamību.
