| Goals | 1. Nekustamo īpašumu īpašniekiem sniegt tiesisko aizsardzību un juridisko palīdzību saimnieciskās darbības pakalpojumos efektivitātes paaugstināšanai; 2. Pārstāvēt un aizstāvēt savu biedru sociālās un ekonomiskās tiesības un intereses saskaņā ar Latvijas Republikas likumu "Par arodbiedrībām", citiem Latvijas Republikā spēkā esošajiem likumiem un Nekustamo īpašumu īpašnieku Arodbiedrības statūtu, kā arī palīdzēt panākt, lai valsts varas un pārvaldes institūcijas ievēro principus un normas, kas noteiktas Vispārējā cilvēktiesību deklarācijā un citos starptautiskajos paktos un konvencijās; 3. Pārstāvēt un aizstāvēt savus biedrus valsts un citās organizācijās pēc arodu, nozaru, teritoriālā, darba vai citam principu attiecībām, nekustamo īpašumu nodarītā kaitējuma atlīdzināšanas, dzīvokļu un citu sociālo un ekonomisko interešu jomā, individuālo un kolektīvo strīdu izskatīšanā sākot no Latvijas Republikas neatkarības pasludināšanas (proklamēšanas), kā arī neatkarīgi no noilguma griezties tiesā savu biedru tiesību un interešu aizstāvībai. |
