| Goals | 1. veicināt izcilu Ventspils augstas klases sportistu sagatavošanu ar mērķi veiksmīgi piedalīties Latvijas Republikas mēroga un starptautiskās sacensībās; 2. ar Ventspils sportistu augsto sasniegumu vērtību nostiprināt sporta lomu sabiedrībā, sniedzot ieguldījumu iedzīvotāju dzīves kvalitātes un veselības nostiprināšanā, pievēršot un motivējot regulārām sporta nodarbībām; 3. sadarbojoties ar Latvijas sporta organizācijām un federācijām, sekmēt plaša mēroga sporta sacensību un sporta svētku norisi Ventspilī; 4. veicināt sportistu izglītību, sadarbībā ar Ventspils augstskolu un citām Ventspils izglītības iestādēm aicinot augstas klases sportistus apgūt izglītību Ventspils pilsētā; 5. sniegt intelektuālu un praktisku palīdzību sporta pasākumu organizēšanā, konsultēt sporta infrastruktūras uzturēšanas un attīstības jautājumos; 6. izvirzīto mērķu sasniegšanai attīstīt sadarbību ar valsts un pašvaldības institūcijām, citām juridiskām un fiziskām personām, tajā skaitā, piesaistīt finansējumu; 7. veikt citas darbības, kas nav pretrunā ar normatīvajiem aktiem. |
