Goals 1. Praktiski veicināt ar prepenitenciāro, penitenciāro un postpenitenciāro aprūpi saistīto procesu norisi, organizēšanu, vadīšanu, vides un resursu monitoringu, pētniecību, analīzi, speciālo un nepieciešamo izglītību, kā arī ar veselības, sporta un kultūras attīstību saistīto projektu īstenošanu vismazāk aizsargātām iedzīvotāju grupām;
2. Veicināt pilsoniskās sabiedrības veidošanos, stiprināt atbalstu sociālajam taisnīgumam, demokrātijai, ilgtspējīgai valsts attīstībai, darboties sabiedrības labā un risināt jautājumus, kas saistīti ar atsevišķu iedzīvotāju grupu un visas sabiedrības labklājības izaugsmi;
3. Uzlabot jauniešu dzīves kvalitāti, veicinot viņu izglītību, radošās iniciatīvas, darba tikumu, patriotismu, līdzdalību sabiedriskajā dzīvē;
4. Sniegt ieguldījumu kvalitatīvā kultūras un inovatīvā izglītības (mūžizglītības) attīstībā; veicināt kvalitāti un jauninājumus visāda veida pieaugušo formālā un neformālā izglītībā;
5. Stiprināt sasaisti starp pieaugušo izglītību un "dzīvē esošo realitāti", veicināt indivīda integrāciju sabiedrībā un veiksmīgu psihosociālo un ekonomisko funkcionēšanu;
6. Stimulēt Biedrības biedru profesionālo izaugsmi un pārstāvēt savu biedru intereses Latvijā un ārvalstīs; nodrošināt un sekmēt esošo un topošo partneru, līdzstrādnieku un speciālistu sadarbību, kā arī veicināt izglītību un profesionālās informācijas apmaiņu.
