Veicināt nepieciešamo medicīnisko pakalpojumu un profesionālu pieejamību; piedalīties bērnu ar īpašām vajadzībām integrācijā sabiedrībā; veidot starpprofesionālu un starpinstitucionālās sadarbības sistēmu Ventspilī un Latvijā; piedalīties Latvijas Republikas likumdošanas, kā arī sociālās un veselības aprūpes sistēmas izveidē; veicināt labdarību, sniegt atbalstu maznodrošinātajām ģimenēm, sociālā riska ģimenēm-daudzbērnu, nepilnām ģimenēm, kurās ir bērni ar īpašām vajadzībām; organizēt, koordinēt psihoemocionālo atblstu maznodrošinātām personām-personām ar atkarības problēmām, personām, kuras atbrīvojušās no brīvības atņemšanas vietām, personām ar invaliditāti, pensijas vecuma personām, bezdarbniekiem, krīzē nonākušām personām./ Palīdzēt saskatīt izmantot pieejamos resursus, nepieciešamības gadījumā sniegt informāciju par sociālajiem u.c. pakalpojumiem.
