Goals 1. Jēkabpils volejbola komandu izveidošana un tās dalības nodrošināšana Latvijas volejbola čempionāta spēlēs;

8. Popularizēt Jēkabpils pilsētu valsts un pasaules mērogā;
9. Sekmēt sporta materiāli tehniskās bāzes attīstību Jēkabpilī un tās apkārtnē;
10. Sadarboties ar citiem sporta klubiem, sporta savienībām, sporta federācijām un citām sporta organizācijām;
11. Izveidot volejbola, ka arī citu sporta veidu sistēmu, kas ietvertu visu vecumu bērnus un jauniešus, kā arī pieaugušos;
12. Veicināt volejbola attīstību un popularizēšanu Jēkabpilī un tās apkārtnē;
13. Popularizēt un veicināt aktīvu, sportisku un veselīgu dzīvesveidu, organizēt un pilnveidot sporta un aktīvās atpūtas pasākumus.
