3) nodrošina nekomerciālu darbību personu ar invaliditāti vienlīdzīgu iespēju nodrošināšanai;
4) nodrošina nekomerciālu atbalstu sociālās aprūpes, sociālās rehabilitācijas un profesionālās rehabilitācijas pakalpojumu sniegšanā un nodrošināšanā ar tehniskajiem palīglīdzekļiem.
